Hello Parents of Badger Boys State Citizens,

We trust that Badger Boys State 2022, was an exciting and important week for your son. For seventy-nine annual sessions the lessons of Boys State—teaching engagement in our democratic process—have made a difference in the lives of thousands of young men across Wisconsin. Your son learned by doing and has been handed the important values of self-governance and justice. Leaders for our community, state and nation have been developed. Lives have been changed!

A citizen of Badger Boys State 2022 sent us a letter stating that if not for a financial sponsor, he would not have had this opportunity to learn and grow. A donor supporting his $400 registration fee made this possible. A key pillar of our program is that no student will be denied entrance to this program because of finances. All citizens are sponsored by American Legion Posts, community organizations or individual donors.

Badger Boys State is an investment in the future. We invite you to be a partner in this work and contribute to making the 2023 session as meaningful as our 2022 program. Almost 700 young men benefited this year from an all-volunteer staff who give a week of their lives to provide this opportunity. Badger Boys State is a program worthy of your financial support!
